Terms of Service.

These Terms explain the rules for using HEYBIO, a creator link-in-bio and mini-website platform provided under the DIPO LABS brand. They apply when you access the website, create an account or use our creator tools.

By using HEYBIO, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines, to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for younger users, that consent must be obtained before using the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not impersonate another person or organization.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by our own failure or as otherwise required by law. Keep your credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Usernames are subject to availability, product rules and legitimate rights of others. HEYBIO may reject or reclaim usernames used for impersonation, infringement, abuse or technical protection after appropriate review.

• Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
• Use available account-security protections.
• Do not share authentication codes or payment credentials with anyone.

You can create and manage public profiles with a display name, bio, links and other supported content. Information you publish on a public profile may be visible to anyone, including people without a HEYBIO account.

You retain rights to content you own. You grant HEYBIO a non-exclusive license, limited to hosting, displaying, processing and distributing that content as necessary to operate and improve the service, subject to your settings and applicable law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for all content, images, links and names you publish.

You must follow our Community Guidelines and applicable laws. HEYBIO must not be used to harm others, distribute malware, conduct fraud, impersonate people, unlawfully collect personal data or promote illegal activity.

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action against content or accounts that violate these rules.

• No phishing, malicious downloads or deceptive redirects.
• No copyright or trademark infringement.
• No harassment, threats, exploitation or hate targeting protected groups.
• No attempts to disrupt, scrape abusively or bypass access controls.

Creator pages often link to services outside HEYBIO. External websites and their products, privacy practices or availability are controlled by their respective providers, not by HEYBIO.

A link appearing on a HEYBIO page is not an endorsement by DIPO LABS. Review the destination before sharing personal data or making purchases.

HEYBIO is designed with a Free plan and optional paid plans named Pro, Premium and Pro Max. Plan descriptions, feature availability and prices shown at checkout or on the Pricing page determine what is offered at the time of purchase.

Displayed prices and taxes must be confirmed before you authorize payment. Features may vary by plan, and certain planned features may remain unavailable until launched.

If recurring subscriptions are enabled, the checkout must clearly state the amount, billing interval, renewal conditions, applicable taxes and how to cancel before you authorize a recurring mandate.

Authorized recurring charges may be processed by a payment provider such as Razorpay. Subscription access is determined through verified payment and entitlement records; a payment confirmation screen alone does not establish a valid active plan.

Failed payments, charge reversals, provider outages or expired subscriptions may affect paid-feature access, subject to applicable law and any disclosed grace period.

When paid subscriptions become available, the checkout and a separate published cancellation/refund policy must explain cancellation steps, the effective date of cancellation and any refund eligibility before users pay.

Nothing in these Terms removes refund, chargeback or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Billing questions may be sent to dipolabs123@gmail.com.

HYPE DROP by DIPO LABS is a separate service for creator launches. HEYBIO Premium and Pro Max are the designated eligible plan tiers when cross-product access is available and verified.

Free and Pro plans do not include HYPE DROP access. A separate product's own terms, access rules and privacy notice may also apply; eligibility does not guarantee immediate availability of a feature not yet launched.

To protect users and the platform, we may restrict visibility, disable harmful links, suspend accounts or remove violating content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.

Where appropriate and legally possible, we aim to provide a reason or a path to request review. Emergency action may be needed for severe abuse or security risks.

We work to keep HEYBIO reliable, but may need to change, interrupt or retire functions for maintenance, security, business or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every advertised roadmap feature will launch.

We will endeavor to give reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes where practicable and legally required.

HEYBIO, its interface, code and original branding are owned or licensed by the operator of HEYBIO. Your account does not transfer ownership of our software or trademarks to you.

You may not copy, resell or misuse proprietary platform elements except where permitted by law or by explicit written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HEYBIO is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every specific business objective or be free from all interruptions. We do not control content on external sites reached through creator links.

Nothing here excludes liability or user rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any limitations of liability must be read subject to mandatory consumer protection and data protection requirements.

You may request help closing an account by contacting support. Deletion, retention, subscriptions and remaining legal obligations must be handled consistently with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Removing an account does not automatically cancel a separately authorized payment mandate unless the billing provider and platform have processed cancellation.

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, safety measures or legal requirements. The updated date on this page will change, and material changes should be communicated using an appropriate channel before they take effect where required.

If you have questions about a change, contact our team before continuing to use an affected feature.
